20 verbs for analytical writing
In my classroom, we spend a great deal of time analyzing language and techniques in literature, it's a bit of a thing in English schools. One of the issues that I find with analysis and analytical essay writing is that students struggle to vary the use of their language of analysis itself. 
These poster / flashcards are a very simple solution to that problem!I just have these printed (and laminated) as mini-posters to have up at the front of my classroom but also as flashcards out of desks.
